John L. (Chip) Webb
John L. Webb is a Certified Public Accountant and a principal in Tramell Webb Partners, Inc. Prior to co-founding Tramell Webb Partners, Inc. in 1989, Mr. Webb was a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Consulting Group for KPMG Peat Marwick and was in charge of its Orlando, Florida practice. He has extensive experience in commercial, residential, industrial and public sector real estate development projects. Prior to joining Peat Marwick’s Real Estate Consulting Group, Mr. Webb was a Senior Tax Manager in its Orlando office. His practice focused on real estate tax and accounting, working with clients that included national Real Estate Investment Trusts as well as state and local real estate developers.
Mr. Webb is a 1980 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry), a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting with a specialization in Tax. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Webb was a Past Chair of the Central Florida YMCA Board of Directors, currently serves on its executive committee, was a board member of the Orlando Housing Authority, and is a member of the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board.
Torbjorn “Toby” Arnheim Jr.
Toby Arnheim has 35 years experience managing the design and construction of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States. His accomplishments include multi-family residential condominiums and apartments, commercial office buildings, retail development, hotels and historic renovations. In 2010 Mr. Arnheim started his own consulting company, Winscott Company LLC, which manages the entire development process – design, permitting, budgeting, scheduling and all aspects of construction.
Prior to establishing Winscott Company LLC, Mr. Arnheim developed resort hotels with Triarc International, commercial office buildings with CNL Corporate Properties and large student housing projects with Phoenix Property Company. Mr. Arnheim is a 1980 graduate of St. Lawrence University.
Joe B. Tramell
1957 – 2016
Joe B. Tramell, P.E. was a Registered Professional Civil Engineer and a Principal of Tramell Webb Partners, Inc. Prior to co-founding Tramell Webb Partners, Inc. In 1989, Mr. Tramell was involved in land development in the Central Florida area. His experience included Vice President of Development for Landstar Homes, development manager of the Lake Nona Corporation, project engineer with Reynolds, Smith and Hill and project engineer with Martin Marietta Corporation.
Mr. Tramell was a 1980 graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
