I n just a few years, Westport Partners LLC, a division of Tramell Webb Partners, has planted its flag near the campuses of Florida State University, Stetson University, Jacksonville University and Florida Institute of Technology. A 72-bed community across the street from the Stetson University campus in DeLand, Florida.

A 185-bed community opening in 2018 near the campus of Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida.

A 157-bed project completed in 2019, the property is less than a block away from Florida Institute of Technology and just around the corner from Melbourne Commons.

SEMINARY LANE

This mixed-use project includes The Theory, an 850+ student housing development across four buildings and up to 24 affordable single-family homes. This project is located on 5th Avenue, one block off 13th Street immediately north of the University of Florida.
The first phase of the project opened in August 2024.

CONCOURSE

This project includes 896 student housing beds in a single building along with 40,000 sq ft of office space.
Construction is expected to begin in 2024 on the student housing building. The project is located in the Concourse section of the Quadrangle Business Park, a mixed-use business park including office, retail, hotel, multifamily and student housing uses. The park is located immediately across Alafaya Trail from the University of Central Florida.

3450 E FLETCHER

This planned 620-unit student housing project is located directly north of the main entrance to the University of South Florida Campus. This site is approved for a 9-story building with a 7-story parking garage.  Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
