Westport Partners LLC, a division of Tramell Webb Partners, has developed successful student housing communities near the campuses of Florida State University, Stetson University, Jacksonville University and Florida Institute of Technology. At Stetson and Florida Institute of Technology new communities are under construction with openings planned in August 2019 that will add hundreds of beds.
