A 1,000-acre project in Horizon West in west Orange County, Florida. Tramell Webb served as the Development Manager for this 2,300-home, new urbanism community. Duties involved development and engineering planning, financial structuring, loan acquisition and sales and marketing. This project has single family and multi-family homes, apartments, two elementary schools, one middle school and a village center with 286,000 square feet of commercial and retail development. Builders included several top national and local homebuilders.
