The park is located immediately across Alafaya Trail from the University of Central Florida.

3450 E FLETCHER

This planned 620-unit student housing project is located directly north of the main entrance to the University of South Florida Campus. This site is approved for a 9-story building with a 7-story parking garage. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
